Purchasing a home is a big and sometimes scary step but purchasing a home in an area that you are not familiar with turns that up a notch. Lydia made the process painless. She was there to answer and and every question I had or gave me the contact I needed. If I were to go through this process again, I would use Lydia time and time again.

We sold and purchased with Lydia. She is incredibly awesome at her job and very helpful. Ran into many snafu's due to stuff outside our control. She helped us figure everything, bent over backwards to help us out to get everything figured out. Now she is such a great friend and I highly recommend her or her sister to find you a home or sell your current home.

Lydia is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She helped me for over year look for the right home. She has extensive local knowledge and has no problem sharing what she knows about a particular neighborhood you may be wanting to look at. I moved from out of the area and she helped me to focus on certain aspects of the homes we looked at. I may have not focussed on these things coming from a warmer winter climate if not for her.
