Do not build with this company. They will make you pay more for the house by $40,000. Then tell you it’s for lumber and materials 🤬 To bad you never built the Magnolia home that we signed contracts for picked out our land and all the finishes. Only to be told you wanted to up the price of our home by over $40,000. I wonder how many other customers dreams you crushed. LTS Builders Goes belly up with hundreds of thousands in debt, declares bankruptcy, reorganizes under a new name and continues to pillage Monroe County. F---n scumbags.

No. LTS Builders did not go bankrupt or reorganize. It sold many of its assets to LTS Homes which is owned and managed by different people.
Wait till your actually living in one of the poorly built houses. They have them over appraised then good luck trying to sell it. New community we have 6 houses people can't give them away
I think if they make a train station stop in the Poconos it would be awesome more ez to commute to NYC
