Lori helped us so much in selling our townhouse. She was always available to answer our questions and concerns. Being in our 70’s we found moving and selling our home quite challenging. Lori was professional and very helpful during the entire selling process. When we decided to sell our rental property of 18 years we were not sure where to start. We called Lori Bernard and she came out to the units. She gave us great advice on what improvements we needed to do in order to get a good price. Lori was very warm from the moment we met her. She was already a referral from my daughter. She set up appointments the day we met I saw 4 homes and the third one we made an offer on. First house that we put an offer on had issues come up during the inspection and the seller tried to play hard-ball to force the sale. She was able to help us navigate the situation and eventually find our way out of a bad deal. On the next house we knew what to look for and the process went smooth and easy.

Lori is the best! She guided us through the process on both the buy and sell end of real estate transactions. She provided professional advise in regards to marketing, staging, listing and negotiations. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent. She is sharp, has a mature, calm demeanor (this is super helpful given the inherent stress that comes with buying or selling) and follows up on all actions required through the process.
