Absolutely amazing customer service. My daughter was having an issue with her braces on a Friday afternoon and Dr. Charnley and his staff were in Ludington that day...they met me in Whitehall on their way home so my daughter didn't have to be in pain for the weekend!! So thankful for all of them.
