I’ve been taking my dog to this vet for over 10 years. The girl Kris at the front desk is snarky…Dr. Jill is very rude and inconsiderate at best…she got offended that I didn’t want to give my 10 year old dog (who had a heart murmur) a rabies vaccine. In order to continue getting help for my dog at Kissimmee Animal Hospital, I had to do it…so I reluctantly got the rabies vaccine for my boy. Very friendly staff. Treated Bentley Rhys Jones and ourselves very well. Only thing we are not accustom to is not having the vet perform the exam in the room with us. This is not a show stopper but we wonder why they operate this way. Bentley loves the vet and staff!
Best animal hospital 🏥 👌 in the area. They are so friendly and the service was impeccable. Having a pure breed we wanted the best. This establishment is so clean 👌 and well organized. The staff is so friendly and Bentley ❤️ loves everyone. He is a Pembroke Welsh Corgie. Highly appreciated 👏 by their service.
They are so compassionate! It’s nice to have professionals that care as much about your little fur babies as you do. They are also upfront about pricing and willing to write Rxs. We are so thankful to have found them. They saved 2 of our dogs; one in kidney failure and another with gum infections.
This vet clinic is great! They were able to get me an appointment the next day after I called for an initial visit. Everyone in the office was great. Very nice welcoming made myself and my fur baby feel comfortable. The doctor came in and explained everything and answered questions I had. They gave me a price breakdown of everything before they did anything. Prices are affordable as well. Will definitely continue to take my animals here and recommend to others!
