I recently had my entire roof, downspouts, and gutter guards replaced by Kirkin Exteriors and the entire process was absolutely painless. Everyone was so helpful from start to finish and the communication was always available at every step of the process. I found out about Kirkin from my neighbor... we both had had a lot of wind damage to shingles, and I only had experience with a couple of roofing contractors over the years. Kirkin came in and inspected my roof, explained the options and pricing in plain terms, provided an accurate estimate, worked with my insurance company, and did an excellent job replacing my roof. Absolutely perfect from start to finish. Wind damage roof, came out right away. Secured the damaged areas. Worked with insurance adjuster, facilitated processing of claim, the different members of the team were all outstanding....install coordinator, project manager. Best of all the roofing crew, hard working, polite and fantastic workmanship. Highly recommend Kirkin Exteriors.
They were on time, friendly, and competent. The work was fairly priced. The worker was respectful and the work was complete above our satisfaction.
