Kirkin Exteriors was recommended to me by my homeowners insurance agent and upon reaching out to them they came, inspected my roof and provided me with snapshots of the problem areas and gave me a very reasonable estimate to repair. My reaction was WOW!

I had a new roof installed in 2018. At the time of the assessment, I was told that my roof had algae and with the product/shingles Kirkin uses, that would not happen. This year, I noticed dark streaks on the roof. I had to call numerous times in order to see what was going on and have someone look at it. Long story short, Kirkin and the shingle company have been less than helpful. For example, I was asked to send a sample of the roof to GAF! We contracted Kirkin Exteriors to put on a new roof. They kept rescheduling and after not hearing anything or scheduled for over six weeks we cancelled and found another company which came in a week and were cheaper with better quality shingles and warranty. The contract said they would have the job done in three to four weeks weather permitting. There was no bad weather and they refuse to return our $500.00 deposit. Would never recommend them.
Their use of technology is outstanding. They're not the company to call for a roof repair though. They're not the company to call if your roof is less than 5 years old. I initially had a water stain. Kirkin gave me a great quote, but after the repair my water stain transitioned to a leak. I called and informed them of the situation. I had to call back after not receiving a call for several days. Short: Sloppy, unprofessional work; bad counterflashing job and window install. Be prepared to do your own cleanup. Long: We contracted w/ Kirkin for a new roof, counterflashing, and 2 new windows. Normally we would not have roofers do windows but we'd been struggling with leaks for a while and wanted to get as much as possible done before winter. We were met with severe hostility and threats, to the point of you even locking our sales consultant out of the house on the roof.
