The office staff, Danielle, Sherri and Breanna provided me with the very best customer service. Steve came out and accessed the siding damage to my home. He was very understanding, polite and caring and was able to match the old siding almost exactly. He came back a second time to make sure he had the right siding and color. Our shingle roof and metal roof was damaged by a tornado in August. Kirkin helped us through months of negotiation with the insurance company providing proof that our roof shingles were discontinued. Therefore it couldn’t be repaired resulting in the need for replacement. They provided detailed quotes as to why our metal roof was complex and could not be estimated correctly by the insurance system. Dave at Kirkin Exteriors handled my home owner insurance claim. They were diligent in getting my insurance company to get me the most amount of money for my roof replacement due to the storm damage. This is my second house that I used Kirkin. They are always very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of roofing and dealing with insurance claims. Customer Service is exceptional.
