Entire process was smooth as silk. Estimator arrived on time and prepped us for what had to be done, how much insurance was going to cover, and what we'd have to cover. Walked us through the choice of material and options. Scheduled the removal and install and kept to their schedule. Completed the job in one day in the middle of the summer heat. House looks brand new.

Excellent customer communication. Dependable. On time for appointments. They did what they promised to do. This company treats its workers well. They are concerned about worker safety. And they listen to their workers. In turn, the work ethic of their roofers is admirable. They are very hardworking and skilled. Several neighbors came over to say how impressed they were by the roofers. Best advertising there is. Kirkin is dependable and trustworthy.

I had an emergency leak and I called on a Saturday and someone came on Monday … the repair was completed just in time as the remnants of hurricane Ida was coming my way … very satisfied with the roofers who came out as well as Dan who wrote up the estimate … customer service is excellent … highly recommend them for your exterior needs

Dan provided a quote and followed up on the job site to be sure one difficult rear gutter could be replaced safely. The crew was very efficient with the job completed in a very quick timeframe. Excellent repair work, flashing that pulled loose from wind storm was sealed at the joint and new flashing installed. Three new gutters and downspouts were replaced quickly and without any problems.
