I think that KCM does a terrific job in management and would recommend them to a friend.
KCM, has been great. Our landlord's leasing agent, Susan Shaffer, has been considerate, responsive and frankly very interested and supportive towards the success of our business. Expectations and understanding of roles and responsibilities are extremely clear for both tenant and landlord and they take theirs very seriously. Two years in, still waiting for a catch... Probably won't be one.

Your friends that help above and beyond - Take time with you - not a posted scripted phone conversation - You know they consider you important and impart that to YOU.
