The office staff was pleasant and helpful. The provider explained everything thoroughly. My son liked his visit. They provided me with updates throughout since parents aren't allowed to go back with their older children. I would recommend.
The office and staff made it an easy experience. I have two boys and was able to get them both serviced the same day. The staff is really nice, and great with kiddos. They have the movies going, video games, and of course cool prizes for the kids after their service is done. Also this is the same office I was serviced at as a little girl and got my braces here amongst other things. It's great to now bring my boys here and to get care that is needed for my boys.
I find it incredibly weird that they do not let parent's go back with small children. My nephew just turned 3 and they wanted him by himself. I understand if they're older like 13 or so, but these little ones cannot consent to treatment, especially being only 3! I called like 15 dentist from around dallas/fortworth today and not one dentist had this policy. With the way the world is today you need to be able to see your littles at all times. We appreciated how quickly Dr. Witte’s staff got us into the office when our child had a dental emergency. The entire staff is welcoming and personable.
My son has been a patient since he was 3 yrs old. He’s now 15 1/2 yrs old. Has never had a cavity. 💕 I love how Dr Witte provides a status or concerns at the end of each visit. Never waiting more than 10min of appointment time. Their scheduling is amazing.
