My mother called them day before yesterday and needed a simple fan looked at/ possibly replaced. No call no show, so she called them yesterday. They said they were having a rough day that day before, ok. Everybody has bad days, fine. We rescheduled and they said they would be out today. No call no show. If you aren't going to make it, contact us and say you won't make it. Couldn't be happier with JB Electric; they are wonderful to work with. Hired them to do a Starbucks Coffee with us and can't say I've seen a harder working subcontractor in my 30 + years in the commercial construction business. Well done JB Electric! Keep up the good work.
I called the office to schedule a repair and was told she would have to call us back with a time and date. She never did call back so several days later I called her back. She made the statement that they had a very bad day. We understand that but she could have just called us to let us know what was going on. The service after that point was excellent. They came out and did the job! Even had a good laugh over the situation.
After contacting several other electricians I decided to contact JB Electric. I was hesitant due to the overhead big businesses carry, that usually fall on the consumer. I was WRONG - Great Price - replaced virtually every outlet to include a new fuse box. Straightened out the power on a home built in 1956. Professional , polite and quick. Courtney and Justin (I believe that's his name) were so easy to work with. Amazing experience! I would recommend them, hands down.
Used JB Electric when I first bought my house 7 years ago and they were great. Unfortunately, JB Electric recently came to do work and it took them 3 separate visits to fix the issue. At the 3rd visit, they tracked in mud everywhere and stained my bathroom rugs and my new living room wool rug. Will not recommend or use them in the future.
