I have been a customer of Independent Alarm for 20 years. I can't say enough about their quality of equipment and service. They are like family. Their crew is friendly and informative . They get right to buisness and are tidy after they are done working. What I like most is their price very competitive with the majors who give you the equipment but sock it to you on the monthly fees and locked in contracts. I am glad I can help support local buisness. I highly recommend them.

Had an existing CCTV system and panel alarm that was set up by another company before I purchased my home. My CCTV was having issues which prompted my service call. Independent Alarm was quick to respond and scheduled two techs out to address and upgrade both systems — even made them more user-friendly. Both techs were highly skilled and personable. Joe, the sales rep was extremely friendly and easy to work with. These guys are the best in the business and I am relieved to be working with them!

Say what you'll do, and do what you said you'll do. That about sums up Independent Alarm" philosophy of service. Independent Alarm has set the bar high, and is unequaled in their field. They are a locally owned and operated company in South Jersey, and I have come to know many of their techs and representatives in the three years that I've utilized their protection services at a large Special Needs Facility, in South Jersey. Courtney, in their office, is always friendly and helpful, arranging for State required inspections, Anthony is my go to guy for technical questions, Andy is the tech that can install or fix just about anything, and Jamie, who runs the show, is always accessible , and has a complete knowledge of the security business. There is NO better security provider in the South Jersey area (and we've used those other "BIG" guys)...Absolutely no comparison!
