Laura has an incredible knowledge and excellent design skills. She is wonderful to work with and really listens. I strongly recommend her and her firm.
I would rather the one star speak for itself. The project was not completed and was not at all to my satisfaction or expectation for many reasons.
We were doing a remodel of our kitchen, diningroom and flooring. The best thing about hiring Idiolgy was getting a discount with merchants. I met Laura once and that was the last we heard from her. It has been serveral years since our project. The person that was helping us was new at Idiolgy. There were few suggestions or ideas from her. This was a time when we did have a new Designer on staff that was assigned to your project as your Lead Designer.
