It is hard to get a hold of anyone at this company. I’ve called for three days in a row now with no response. They owe us money in our account as we are owners of a house that we are renting for which they are the property management team. We are not happy because it has happened numerous times where the money we rely on to pay things like taxes on the house has not been put into our account in a timely manner, causing us a lot of stress and grief and phone calls that are that go unanswered. I do not recommend this company.

My first interaction with Beverly was when I submitted to paint my front door. My front door is a light blue, different from everyone else’s door. I provided samples for a dark blue to match my neighbor’s. I was told my front door needed to remain red like my shutters. My door was not red already and I do not have shutters. This review is after i360's response. First of all, I can't even look at an apartment without applying and paying the application fee which is ridiculous. 2nd, after I did that and sent more information in the apartment came down and was rented maybe a few days later which means it was in the process of being rented. A complete waste of my time and money. Judging by your reviews maybe you should reconsider how your business is run. The listing itself is decieving. Rent is listed as $900/month. Oh wait. Tenant inspections are usually uncomfortable and inconvenient. However, I'm pleased to report that i360's new inspector Ken handled himself professionally and worked with my family to make an uncomfortable task, manageable.

Got an 855$ electricity bill just for the month of February. Contacted i360 to get in contact with my property owner. I posted a review last week and was told that it would be discussed. Have not heard back at all. I said I was willing to pay the bill as long as an electrician was sent out to audit the property and determine why the bill was so high. I will update this review if I ever hear back, although at the this point it is doubtful. Would really not recommend dealing with or renting through this company. Even with more... read more
