I am very disappointed in the water testing only 3 days a week. Went by today and they make no exception in water testing, regardless of circumstances. I bought my pool there and have always bought all my chemicals there. I have highly recommended them due to being a local business and wonderful customer service. It is sad I cannot anymore. �
Very disappointed that you are only testing water now 3 days a week. I don't see any logic in doing this. I've been a customer for the last 6 years, always try to support local business. Looks like I'll be doing things on line now.
Regarding the white house location. We recently movedto WHite house and new to pool ownership. We paid the $200 to close the pool last fall, which they performed a good job and was patient with all my questions. This year to open the pool, we stopped by the store to ask a couple questions, and was told to call the Springfield location and pay again to have the pool opened....another $200.
