I keep being asked to do this review via text and email so I will do it. The whole first visit felt like a pyramid scheme sales pitch. I was told I NEEDED to get these 6 other procedures/purchases 1st needed a laser gum treatment, 2nd was a waterpic (They put one on my bill before I really agreed found 1 on amazon 50% off before I left and said no thanks to thiers. My wife and I both go to Hudson Dental Arts. So far we have had 4 appointments. Their facility is well set up and immaculate. They made the process of being new patients simple and easy. They took us on time for our appointments, explained what they were going to do, listened to us, were considerate and professional. They also worked with us in terms of our plan and financial considerations. We appreciate and thank them.

Went to them and was informed I needed a deep clean & 4 crowns ect. They stated it would cost me roughly $4k (they were in network with my insurance). The whole visit was extremely uncomfortable. The hygienist didn’t have the best bedside manner and they were running late. I was informed of all future procedures by the hygienist before I saw the dentist. The absolute BEST dentist I’ve ever seen. The entire staff is amazing from calling to making my appointment to being greeted so kindly when you walk in! I have severe anxiety and once I let the staff know they worked extra hard to ensure my comfort.
