Went to them and was informed I needed a deep clean & 4 crowns ect. They stated it would cost me roughly $4k (they were in network with my insurance). The whole visit was extremely uncomfortable. The hygienist didn’t have the best bedside manner and they were running late. I was informed of all future procedures by the hygienist before I saw the dentist. My wife and I both go to Hudson Dental Arts. So far we have had 4 appointments. Their facility is well set up and immaculate. They made the process of being new patients simple and easy. They took us on time for our appointments, explained what they were going to do, listened to us, were considerate and professional. They also worked with us in terms of our plan and financial considerations. We appreciate and thank them.
I've been a patient for almost 2 years and it has been the best experience of any Dentist I've ever had. The entire staff is consistently attentive, kind, and extremely caring when it comes to their patients. Truly makes the entire dentistry experience so friendly and easy. Thanks!
The absolute BEST dentist I’ve ever seen. The entire staff is amazing from calling to making my appointment to being greeted so kindly when you walk in! I have severe anxiety and once I let the staff know they worked extra hard to ensure my comfort. I’ll preface this with I never wrote reviews let alone ones like this. Absolute worst RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL experience with a dental office- extremely condescending over the phone when asking questions about recent insurance transactions and trying to get answers between what they are telling me and what my insurance is telling me.
