We have had Herman pluming do work for us for years and have been satisfied with their work, until now. They replaced (most of) the line from our house out to the city sewer line, but stopped at the alley and have not finished the job. We have made numerous phone calls and stopped in to the office to find out when it would be done and received a bunch of different answers. Had my hot water heater go out. was under warranty and called Herman Plumbing as that's who originally installed. Warranty wasn't explained well on the phone but was told it was covered I would only now have a warranty for the rest of my original warranry which was about 6 months. I figured that's fine it doesn't cost me anything in fine. Soo the plumber comes and looks at it and states that it was installed incorrectly. Which was their company. Overcharged for work done, wouldn't consider my complaint on the final bill, and told they don't need me as a customer,they have plenty of customers and I can use another place for future repairs. Very poor customer service. Won't use again.

Was in a pinch so couldn't get my normal guys and ended up with Herman. They cost about twice as much as who I usually go with, and after telling me they needed to remove the toilet and put a new seal in because pressure had ruined the seal, they didn't get the toilet tightened back down properly so the basement smells like the sewer anyway. Wouldn't recommend.
