I recently purchased a home in Kirksville. Trent Barnes from Heritage House Realty is extremely knowledgeable and proficient. He was able to answer all my questions and had some very exciting ideas on a few things I can do in the future. I love my new house but if a time comes to look again no doubt Trent will be my one and only call.

My husband & I was very pleased with our experience with Heritage House realty & our Realtor Erica Supple. They made the process of buying a home very easy & understanding. Our realtor was beyond kind, respectful, understanding, patient, and all around amazing. They also offer their moving truck at closing which was a nice added bonus

In 2018 we came to Missouri on vacation, we decided to look for a house in case we decided to move here. Scott Lyons took us around to look. We ended up loving it here and looked at many houses, unfortunately none of them fit the bill ( between me and the husband we had MANY needs). After we left for home (Arizona at the time) we were sad we hadn't found a house we liked, that was until about 3 days after being home. We got a text message from our realtor Scott and he found us the PERFECT house in many ways. As we were looking at this listing the pictures hadn't even finished loading yet. We came back out here about 3 weeks later and looked at the house in person, we put in the offer immediately and it was accepted. If it wasn't for Scott and his persistence in finding us the PERFECT home we wouldn't have moved here or bought our FIRST and only house purchase. Being a first time home buyer is stressful with everything you want to find in your house, let alone the ins and outs of purchasing it. Scott walked us through everything so well and was able to make sure it was a perfect fit, and everything went smooth. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. On the day of closing he was so excited for us and was ready to help us do all the paperwork, but his unborn baby had other plans. His son was born the day before closing and even though Scott couldn't be there he still made sure it went smooth. He called us every step of the way and never once left us questioning our big purchase decision. He is an amazing agent and will do everything he can to make sure you get what you want.
