We lost our dog recently and unexpectedly and very distraught over the situation. We found this place, we went in and made our requests. We were charged for the box and for 3d paw prints to be done. A week later, the individual that wrote down our order right in front of us, calls and asks what the charges were for on our order and if it was keychains or prints and we said prints and she said it was too late and he had already been cremated. I am so pissed off right now I could cry. We took my beloved dog in for memorial services and specifically asked for 3D paw prints. We were charged for those. The lady calls nearly a week later and asks if we wanted keychains or paw prints and we said paw prints and she says, “oh, I saw the charges on the receipt but didn’t know what they were for, but he’s already been cremated.” You are unclear of what YOU wrote down and then don’t think to ask before he’s cremated to confirm what it is we requested!?
