I came to the Red Bank offices as a walk-in. My hearing aid had a cracked part. The staff identified the problem, made a temporary repair, ordered the necessary part(s), contacted the manufacturer to confirm the warranty, and said they would call me when the parts were in. I was on my way in about 45 minutes. These people are wonderful -- professional, knowledgeable, and so very kind. I am so glad I found them.
