A smaller spa resort with large pools and indoor bath houses with sauna steam and hot hot soaker. Massages and treatments. Several sizes of rooms and cabins also. Super clean cozy. Pagosa San Juan River walk 2 min away. Restraunts and shopping nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not over run and very peaceful.

We used to stay at the Springs across the street but it got really expensive. And the rooms smelled like mildew. The rooms were much nicer here and hot tub was amazing.
