So disappointed. Nothing like the springs that are located at the river across the street. Just a city pull with warm water.

I had booked this room months in advance and specifically requested a downstairs room since this was just to be a one night stop over to a week’s long vacation in Estes Park, CO. I knew we would have a bunch of luggage, heavy/loaded ice chest and heavy jackets and didn’t want to have to lug it all upstairs. So we get there and they give us an upstairs unit. I have to say Jason and I were expecting a little bit more of a "spa" type environment, this is more like a stinky public swimming pool unfortunately. There so much they can do without much expense to make this a little more appealing, but I think they've just gotten used to the surroundings. If you're looking for a nice relaxing and well-kept environment this is not the place for you. Their ad is VERY much misleading as far as what you will see.

It was dark around the parameter, I feel that is a safety issue. The staff was very nice. It is not on my list of places to return to.

All I can say is DON'T stay here! The management (in particular, the man with the crew cut) was so rude to my mom that he made her cry. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service, and the place is run down and creepy.
