RecommendedMy wife and I do monthly plans. We look forward to them every month. Appointment times are flexible. The location is easily accessible right off the interstate. The rooms are cozy and they take requests such as darkness liking, room temperature, table warming level. Matt is fantastic. He focuses on the areas that are bothersome and performs muscle trigger release as needed. Entire building is sparkling clean. All staff are hospitable and personable. Fantastic massage company.

I’m so glad I decided w a membership. Olivia and I have been “working” on some issues and she always manages to get into the spot and really soothe the tension. Today, she worked on my jaw muscles and OMG I feel so much relief. This is the best decision I have made for my physical, emotional and mental well being. I can not recommend Hand in Health enough!

I go to get therapeutic massages because I was hit by a car and still have some issues. I cannot express the comfort and relaxation I feel after getting a massage. I will continue to see Terry - she’s the best!
