Terrible bedside manner when dealing with complications from treatment. Complete inability to display any empathy towards patients. Dr. Gilmore was aggressive and rude repeating over and over how educated he was and all his peers would agree with his treatment plan. He wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise to discuss my options and in the end fired me as a patient. I followed his treatment...
Had a great experience with the dentist. But, his staff was incredibly rude. When I was called about a reminder for a visit, the woman "Julie" was incredibly rude, when all I needed was to reschedule my appointment for later on the same day. Could not believe the behavior of someone they trust to do all the calls about appointments. Then, Julie refused to give me a direct line to the office...
