Tajma is amazing :) she always makes me feel listened too and we discuss symptoms so that I understand them. She is great at letting you know what’s normal as well, and what we should be concerned with!

Everyone is very nice and helpful.
MA that took us back was rude from the time she called us back and the whole time in the room. She didn’t explain anything. My son was there for his sports physical and she told him there is a paper you need to fill out. Didn’t explain to us what the paper was for or what they were testing. I know she is pregnant but doesn’t give the right to treat patients like that.
Dr Lee was an hour late for our appointment. She consistently is and needs to be reported for malpractice

I called Billing three times and no one called me back and I had to go in to get my bill resolved. Front desk helped me very good.
Moved to the valley and called for an appt. 70 yrs old, due for annual physical and labs. Was told to fill out paperwork, they would get records from my previous provider, then they would call me. (weired, but...) 3 phone calls and well over a month later, no appt. Finally, the OFFICE MANAGER told me, WHEN I CALLED THEM AGAIN, my "case was too complicated" and they would not "accept" me as a patient. First, why didn't they say that 5-6 weeks ago?
