The Gentle Doctor Animal Hospital offers full-service medical care for your pet. Our services include well-visits, surgery, dentistry, radiology, endoscopy, ultrasound, orthopedic surgery as well as, CT imaging services. Gentle Doctor Animal Hospital, formerly known as Mapleview Animal Clinic, was founded in 1965 by Dr. T. Robert Bashara. The practice was first located at 9015 Ohio Street in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Bashara worked as a single practitioner, and since then the practice has grown to 3 locations around Omaha.

My Beagle, Sage, was referred to Gentle Doctor for a CT Scan and had the best possible care and treatment. Dr Bashara was excellent in answering all questions I had, and I was most impressed with his interaction with Sage. I felt completely comfortable leaving Sage there for treatment...I would highly recommend Gentle Doctor and Dr Bashara !

Everyone at Gentle Doctor are amazing people. They really want to take the best care of your pets that they possible can. I have had nothing but great experiences and I am so happy we found Gentle Doctor.

I really enjoyed Gentle Doctor Animal Hospital, they did a great job accommodating me and my cat and making sure we were well taken care of. There prices are great and we really appreciated the TLC our cat received from Gentle Doctor.

We are always greeted at the door when we walk into Gentle Doctor Animal Hospital for our visit. Not only the check in process is great, but he check out process is easy as well.
