Every time I've come in they have been great with me and my dog. They are very friendly and patient with Bob and always make sure he is very happy and comfortable.
Gentle Doctor Animal Hospital does a really great job, they have been wonderful to my pets. I am always able to get in if I need to, they are caring people.
I really love going to Gentle Doctor Animal Hospital, they are very nice people. I really like that when we go in we never have to wait long.
It is far from our home but the staff is special. Our two little dogs do not seem traumatized after getting their nails cut. That means a lot to us.
Staff is very friendly with pets and their people. Vets take time to listen and explain. They all make you feel like you matter, that your pet is wonderful, and that they care. The facility always appears clean and well cared for. I appreciate it all.

We changed to the Gentle Doctor Animal Hospital for our dogs because it was closer...it was the best thing for our hounds we did. We have always recieved great service, vets, techs and support staff. Then our youngest dog had a life threatening crisis and was diagnosed with Addison's disease. During the process of diagnosis and then treatment and then recuperation, we always felt secure in the decisions and treatment our Duffy was receiving was great....and he is doing great. I wish there was a negative star rating. Our little yorkie was prescribed a medication by another vet but her care was transferred over to gentle doctor animal hospital. She began to show all sorts of the negative side effects (throwing up, note eating, lethargic, depressed)related to this drug and the gentle doctor never told us to discontinue use! Furthermore the doctor didn't know why she was throwing up or lethargic or wouldn't eat...she told us it was because she was dehydrated! I had to do research myself and meet with... read more
