my experience at Gateway was I believe AWESOME they were able to diagnose the problem and repair it. considering all the codes it was throwing. additionally, Dave dealt with the dealer for me, no doubt that would have gone sideways had I dealt with them. also, he picked me up and delivered my vehicle. this is how a company should be run. I have taken 2 trucks here for tranny issues and both times it was not the transmission that was the problem. They could of recommended a new transmission but instead fix the external problem and saved me over a thousand dollars each rig . I won't go anywhere else .thanks Gateway
