I loved the people and they took care of my vehicle. They went the extra mile and being a woman it is hard to find good shops to work on our vehicles.
Love this shop! I got stranded off island when a car I bought, private party, broke down at the ferry landing the day I bought it! They let me sleep in the back of my truck, in their yard, and got right on it the next morning. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made good conversation!

The people of Car Care Clinic at Gateway Transmission are very nice honest. I an older vehicle not to many want to wor on it, and am fortunate to have a repair shop close by that is trustworthy and willing to help. I recommend them, they're honest, to the point, and very fast and professional. Both times I've taken my car in, I scheduled an appointment a day or two before, and they have had it ready only a few hours after bringing it in. and it was running perfectly.
recently visited gateway transmission, do to poor judgement on my part. Long story short wal mart put oil in my transmission. I emedialty called gateway and there service technicians were extremely helpful. They got me right in! This is by far the best service I have ever received, not only did they help fix my car but they didnt talk down to me becuse i am a women (didn't dumb it down for me) Thank you to max and everyone at gateway for the fast and friendly service!

I have not found an auto repair shop that cares about their customers as much as Gateway Transmissions. They're resourceful, reliable and their rates are reasonable. I'm very thankful for the work they've done on multiple vehicles for myself and friends.
