I've been coming here for a while, and the staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. Scott, in particular, goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. The store offers a wide variety of merchandise that you can see in person, which is a huge advantage over shopping online. Being able to see the products firsthand ensures you know exactly what you're paying for, unlike online shopping, where you have to wait for delivery and possibly deal with returns. Overall, the customer service here is outstanding!
Gary’s pool service provided excellent service to my pool heater. Because they had a service tech working on my street my scheduled appointment was moved up by 2 weeks. I couldn’t be happier with this local business.
Excellent service! The technician, Dave, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with our spa heater, and took the time to explain what went wrong. I’m impressed with the level of experience and professionalism. We are now enjoying our spa thanks to Dave! I highly recommend Gary’s Pool Supplies for all your spa and pool needs!
