Other than the guy in jeans, who comes in every once and a while, pokes around with sharp pointy things, uses ugly equipment that sounds like a road grader and causes you to gag occasionally it's a really good office with great staff. Actually if it weren't for the staff uh! Kidding aside Dr. Silva (that's the guy in jeans) is pretty good too!!!!! XXXOOO, to all even the guy in jeans
Everyone is friendly, wait time is minimal, explanations are given, patient is given information to understand further procedures needed.
My visits are always pleasant, very friendly office staff and great dental assistant. Dr. Silva is great, can't feel a thing when given the novocaine.
The experience I had was overall very good. The cleaning went as I had expected. However , when Dr. Silva told me all the work that needed to be done in my mouth I was not so sure. Then Dr. Silva showed me in pictures taken of my teeth what worked needed to be done. With this proof it helped to build confidence in his explanation of the work that he needed to do on my teeth. As always, professional courteous service. Dr. Silva has state of the art equipment and a staff to match.
I have never had such an extensive dental exam. It was great and painless. I was impressed that Dr. Silva did not lose his cool when the hygienist dropped the camera on the floor. I know he was a little upset but he handled it well. Life happens! Thanks for the great visit.
i chipped a tooth and i was able to come right away to get it taken care of..That is important to me....If a person has an emergency, they are right there for you
