If I could give a zero I would. Garden Savings is the absolute worst! I was a long time member at Pinnacle, over 30 years!!. I loved them. You called, they answered. They were personable and always helped in a friendly and efficient manner. Then they "merged" with this awful place. What was supposed to be a smooth transition has been anything but.... Months later I am still having issues. I call, and noone ever is there. You are on hold forever and you wait and wait. When you are lucky enough to get to 1 in the que, they for... read more
