My experience at Fred’s was great. The waiting area is large with coffee, a TV and enough chairs, also very clean. When I wasn’t prepared to stay the wait time my car needed they offered me a free loaner to drive around, which was great. (I live an hour away) Also, I went in thinking I knew what my car needed but they were able to explain to me exactly why it was doing what it was and offered a solution to each issue and without being pushy at all. I will be back!

Well chrissy. That sucks your experience was not desired. I have 3 vehicles and when ever i need service i call freds. Tom,Frank, and Ed all are very professional and really word hard to satisfy every customer. I have refered so many friends and family who are all satisfied with Freds tire. Tom is a friend as well just to have full disclosure but i assure what ever you experienced they wanted to fix your displeasure out of their desire to satisfy you as a paying customer not because of some shady buisness.
