Disrespectful property manager Property manager is demeaning and condescending. Hidden fees including guaranteed $200 cleaning fee at end of lease. They just care about getting your money.
Don’t sign the lease I would give this place negative stars if I could. Terrible place to live unless you are loud and do drugs because then you should live here. I was told by the property manager that they only “evict” people if they are not paying rent. This complex is a joke, they have numerous hidden fees that they do not tell you until after you move in. The management does not help you when you have issues with neighbors. My neighbors smoked marijuana while I was living here and they did nothing to solve the issue or ... read more
