My experience was an AWESOME EXPERIENCE. When I first spoke with Mrs lilian wilson, I wasn’t were I needed to be with my credit. I was placed in a program by Mrs lilian to repair my credit. Follows up were made and work on my behalf was done. The process wasn’t easy but Mrs lilian made it easy and hassle free. I just go back to their old slogan… “We cater to cowards.” When it comes to dentistry, I’m a coward. They always make sure you are comfortable at all steps of any process.

Poor and disrespectful bedside mannerism. Felt rushed and the job was poorly fitted. Asked him to look at it and he didn’t care to. Once the job is completed and I’m still not satisfied, I will contact my insurance company to report it and see what my options are. The front desk can never locate anything sent over and they are loud and unattentive. Hopefully, the final result will be to my satisfaction. This is my mouth and I’m paying for quality service after all.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The lady at the front dest is rude. Dr. Brim drilled too low when filling my cavity. Now the nerve is exposed, inflamed and infecyed because of her error. I went back twce after she filled this cavity complaining of pain and she did nothing for me. I had to go to a different dentist to find out it was done incorrectly and now I have to get the nerve removed and receive a root canal and crown because of Dr. Brims mistake. Never going back..
