Dr. Hebert and her staff are very kind and thorough in finding ways to first define your hearing needs, then choosing the aids (IF they are needed) that fit best with the parameters of your life. Live in Dallas, but the trip to Roanoke is well worth the trip. Family Hearing Practice was recommended when I was looking to get my first pair of hearing aids and did not disappoint. Erin is absolutely the best! Fitted me with great hearing aids, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Timely follow-up was great. If you need hearing aids, go see Erin! Modern hearing aids are complex and Dr. Hebert is fantastic at explaining each function, whether you want it, and how you can best use it. From Bluetooth pairing to what the tiny buttons do, she can make sure you understand exactly what you are getting out of your hearing aids. I highly recommend her to anyone that is having difficulty understanding speech around you. She can definitely help you.
Erin is pleasant, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping people address their hearing needs. She loves what she is doing and it shows as she is a hearing aid user herself, and can identify with what her patients are experiencing. I am so glad that I was referred to her. She has helped me so much to regain my hearing and understanding and confidence within the first week I met with her.
