Family Hearing initially helped me with long needed hearing aids a few years ago and Dr. Allison Liberio and her staff will bend over backwards to help you find the best product for your budget. I recently had an issue with manufacturer support for a hearing aid that was had battery issues and the company was reluctant to replace the unit. Dr Liberio is very thorough and cares about her patients. On my most recent visit, I was prepared to buy new hearing aids because I mine were not helping much anymore. I did not get the answer I thought I’d get.After being tested again, I was told hearing aids would no longer help me. I was disappointed but very thankful Dr Liberio told me the truth instead of selling me new hearing aids that would not help. Not many would do that. Dr Liberio is not only professional but also incredibly personal. She is sensitive to the needs of her patients and an expert in her field.
Dr Liberio was very helpful and thorough. My teenage daughter loved her and how kind and informative she was. For a teenager, getting a hear aid could be devastating, but Dr Liberio walked her through all her questions and concerns. She walked out of the appointment ready to take the challenge head on.
Dr Liberio came highly recommended and I quickly found out why. Going beyond the just test results, she wanted to know about the hearing challenges I was having and worked at resolving those - successfully!
I went to see Dr. Liberio when my wife got tired of me saying "Wat??" Dr Liberio is a thorough and excellent clinician. I got aids from her 2 years ago and she has been very helpful in keeping this grumpy old man satisfied. I highly recommend her if you suspect a hearing loss.
