THE WORST TRUCK REPAIR SHOP IN THE COUNTRY PERIOD. This shop must be AVOIDED at any cost these guys will rip you off and will not be able to fix your problems.They markup their parts close to TWICE as much as the competitor but that's not the end of it they have no parts in stock so they will order it and the shipping cost is outrageous i don't know what part of country they order their parts from or just get them from down the street and charge 500 dollars for shipping they are a RIP OFF.I had my truck at this shop got char... read more
Run run run away as fast as you can. Sloppy workmanship. Cost me $5000 for repair that should hv been no more than $2500. Then wheel seal/bearing failed 2.5 wks later damaging the axle. Mechanic didn't bend the tabs over on new bearing causing the new bearing to loosen up and damage the axel. New repair cost $1050. They only paid 75% saying I didn't get to a shop fast enough. AVOID THIS SHOP!!!!! I was totally ripped off by these guys. They diagnosed my truck and changed a bunch of parts and then discovered that what they change wasn't the problem (of course I got charged for that). Then they changed an emissions part and charged me $3200 for a part I priced out at Freightliner for $1800.00. That's a 80% mark up! When I questioned them about it they wouldn't tell me how much they paid for the part or what their mark up was. When I asked for the old part back they refused to give it us. Obviously ... read more
