Five stars for Chris Ryan and Elevate. Chris is knowledgeable, thorough, patient and great to work with. Elevate staff are friendly and helpful and the gym is a good training environment. After focusing on specific weightlifting training, winning gold medals and setting records, with Chris coaching, we are correcting physical problems and beginning an overall practical fitness training program while maintaining the weightlifting. Highly recommended!
Nick and the team are top-notch. Mixing up your training, correcting a life-time of bad mechanics, or recovering from an injury, this team is the best.
Cleanliness, motivating trainer, Nick changes my routine so I don't get bored. Love the different machines and creative exercises that Nick has me do during my sessions. Love that the place is not too big and is simply a gym and not trying to be anything else.
