This is the second time I have worked with Sara. She sold my first home several years ago so I did not hesitate to call on her when I ready to buy another home. Dwight cares more about selling your home, than how much money he can make. Very knowledgeable about the local market. Offered extensive advise on what issues needed addressing, in order to improve the likelihood of offers. Extremely fast sale. Approximately 70 days from listing to closing.

Excellent experience! Katelyn really went to bat for us in a very tough market. We purchased our home remotely from out of state. Katelyn visited houses same-day and did video tours for us. We’re very thankful that we had Katelyn in our court.
