Absolute joke. This gentleman doesn't actually know anything about boats. He hires "techs" that usually quit within the year. He took 25k of my money and Searay Cincy is sorting their mess 1.5 yrs later. I would be super cautious on the bill of goods they will sell you. Save your time and money, they are not good. I'm floored they have good reviews, impossible.
Worst ever experience. I’m actually thinking about contacting my attorney. I don’t know where to start. But no matter what I write this owner will for sure tell you he did nothing wrong. Has no idea what they are doing as boat isn’t checked before they call and take your money. 3rd time for me. Did useless test as did not fix any issues. Had a great experience with the team at Dry Dock Boat Services! After having issues with another dealer they were able to find my problem and took care of it quickly. The communication from them was top notch and I would not hesitate to use them again!
Dry dock truly appreciates your business. After 2 yrs and multiple visits to other dealers just 1 visit to dry dock and my boat performs flawlessly. Starts everytime
Had a bad experience finding wheel bearings for my boat trailer. This was with another dealer. Went to dry dock. He went directly to the shell. Pulled them off guaranteed. These were the ones and he was correct. Not the only time I've had to go to him. Great place. Very knowledgeable.
