I had a routine cleaning but was my first visit since virus re-opening. As usual, the staff was friendly and explained the new office procedures and changes. After the cleaning, Dr. Shapero personally showed me specific changes to the whole office and chatted briefly with me. I appreciated her taking the time to do this and it made me feel completely comfortable and confident to be there.

Had a tooth extraction. Dr Shapero and her team made me feel comfortable and performed the procedure quickly and pain free. Highly recommended.

Dr Shapero and her staff were wonderful. I am petrified of dentists and they have made me feel at ease and comfortable. They have taken the time to explain all of the options thoroughly and really care about my needs and concerns. I highly recommend her. I am so thankful to finally find a dentist I am happy with.

I was looking for a new dentist and saw the reviews for Dr. Shapero’s office so I called. I went in this morning and felt immediately at home. All staff was friendly and the office was beautiful/ immaculate. I had my teeth cleaned better then I ever have had at any other dentist. After that I met with Dr Shapero ( who after 30 seconds felt like an old friend) she talked me out of professionally cleaning my teeth to using whitening trays and Oral B toothbrush. Waited more than half an hour when I was finally taken in the nurse was in middle of my cleaning and the Dr came in and obviously told her to hurry up when the Dr checked my teeth it was done in less than a minute with no interaction at all so I don’t know if they found anything wrong or not. There was no “goodbye “ etc. not a pleasant experience he email is correct
