Great customer service with my claim – I made a mistake and was in a car accident last summer. It was not a pleasant experience but Doug let me know that everything would be fine and taken care of. They really lifted a bunch of pressure off my shoulders. Even though it was my fault the claim process went smoothly and I was happy that everything got taken care of with the other person and there vehicle.
