Dr. Marie Hawreluik is a great dentist! She is very kind, gentle and knowledgeable!!! She is absolutely amazing with children!!! Her staff are So friendly and very knowledgable and make you feel very comfortable!
When I first made the appointment I informed them I wa in a wheelchair with MS asked if it would be a problem getting me into the chair to which they replied no. After taking the city handicapped bus I got there in pain only to be told they can't get me into the chair to which I left crying and not reimbursed for the trip. Am nowlook8ng for another dentist.
Very chatty receptionist but focused on personal issues. Waited with 3 others for more than 10 min before anyone showed up to recieve us. If people in back (Adam, Jody) weren't so great, I would have seriously considered leaving.
I liked the staff, they were very friendly. I just felt that things weren't explained to me very well and didn't necessarily agree that I needed the recommended treatment.
Poor. That is the only word I can think to explain
Front desk staff were nice however Dr. Hawreluik didn't really seem to have much knowledge in regards to my child's dental concerns, just a quick suggestion to purchase a $400 mouth guard and no follow ups etc. Not very thorough so went downtown to another dentist who we are very happy with.
I tried to get an appointment and was told I had to wait 3 weeks. I could not wait that long, I was in so much pain. The person on the phone cut me off and said I should call somewhere else. So I did.
I was supposed to see the dentist for treatment but was passed off to someone else. I was not told in advance. I am not going back.
Dr Maries receptionist is such a crab. Also my teeth hurt after my teeth were cleaned, never had that happen before. Never had cavities in my life and then my last checkup I had 8. Hmmmmm.
