3 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 3 Star : Customer Service I was a bit frustrated at a couple instances of lack of communication. I was told that my car would be looked at the following day, and while I assumed I'd receive a call giving an estimate on time for repair, I did not. It wasn't a big deal then as my wife and I are both working from home and I could use her car. The Monday of the 2nd week, I did call to inquire, and was told that it would be by the end of the week.
