The staff are kind and professional people. I know they care about their patients because the took great care of my dog before, during and after surgery. They were available for all questions and taught me how to perform the physical therapy my dog needed after the procedure! She has healed really well and has a much better quality of life now that her hip has been fixed!
Everyone is just so kind and they listen and don't rush you. Prices seem fair to me as well. They took care of my tortoise and our dog
Staff was super kind, respectful, and understanding. I really appreciate their willingness to work with me on a payment plan and the compassion they showed both me and Princess was incredible. They are who I plan to go through for all of my pets in the future!!!
The staff at Desert View are extraordinary. They listen well, are compassionate, and do all they can to assist with your pets’ needs. They genuinely care about quality outcomes and are willing to explore options to ensure your satisfaction. Dr. Stephanie is also incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I wouldn’t trust my pets with anyone else!
This is a great place to take your pet. They have a clean and open facility. The staff are kind, and one thing I loved because I have kids is the table to build with legos. In a high stress situation, it's nice to let the kids play while you handle paperwork and get your pet the care needed. Hopefully, I won't need to go back anytime soon, but if I do this is where I will go.
