Great service! Always welcoming and friendly staff that works to know you on a personal level. Light touch dental hygienist, which is awesome and helps me to look forward to my dental visits. Dentist is very knowledgeable and spends time to inform you of how to improve oral health and listens to you. Really appreciate all the staff and the time they take to educating me on best practices without making me feel dumb. Would recommend.
I had my first appointment at Dakota Family Dental today. It was very thorough. Holly talked through her evaluation with me an explained her dental lingo throughout. She was very friendly. Dr. Friedman was kind and also talked me through her process. It felt good to know exactly what they were thinking about my teeth. They are all very knowledgeable about insurance and what is covered, what is not, and what things may cost if they aren’t covered. No guessing games- that’s so refreshing!
