My 18 year-old air conditioner died 2 days before my husband passed away from cancer. As my furnace was 27 years old I decided to get both units replaced. I compared Crossfield to one other major Rochester installer and Jordan at Crossfield was better on price and warranty. The team of Rob, Duain, Harry, Eric and Jason got both units installed in one day which was great. After dealing with several Major contractors in the area for a estiment I choose Crossfield for a ductless heating and cooling system. Everyone of the nine people that were envolved with the project were courteous, knowledgeable and respectible of my home. The project was done in the timely manor that i was told and at the price i was quoted. I could not be happier with what the Crossfield team has done here , and would recommend them to all. Thanks for a job well done.
