RecommendedWas referred by family friend to have our cat creamated here. They went above and beyond! Picked him up yesterday and wasn’t able to actually look in the bag they had prepared for him until just a bit ago. My pet passed in October and due to holidays and illness has been frozen until he could be treated and so I did not expect to get paw prints or fur but they went out of their way to include that with his urn and certificate! At first I had apprehension about mom and dad using the 'new guys' in town, they proved to overwhelm my expectations by taking care of everything. Even things we never could predict. I cannot say Thank You enough.
RecommendedCould not have asked for a better experience. Pam and the staff are honest and professional and go out of their way to make a terrible time less painful. They treated our family with the utmost respect and compassion, and honored every thought that popped in our heads. CCC is very fair and upfront with all pricing, and much better priced than surrounding areas. I cannot recommend them enough.
